Editors: Rano The world is going more rough and volatile gradually as the resources of the earth are going down and the population increased rapidly. So to avoid the future battleship for assets between us, we need to change the capitalist ruling system of countries on earth to a new ruling system for countries or states on earth, and these new states could be called as " Neo States". This capitalist ruling system only accumulates the assets of the earth to a few capitalists only and eventually most of these assets remain unused.
