A Manifesto for The Future "Neo State"

The world is going more rough and volatile gradually as the resources of the earth are going down and the population increased rapidly.

So to avoid the future battleship for assets between us, we need to change the capitalist ruling system of countries on earth to a new ruling system for countries or states on earth, and these new states could be called as " Neo States".

This capitalist ruling system only accumulates the assets of the earth to a few capitalists only and eventually most of these assets remain unused.

There are so many examples of idle money in Banks remain unused for years after years! As well vast lands of those few capitalist or countries remain unused.

In a research, it is seen that Half of the world's personal wealth belongs to the rich (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5848755/Half-worlds-wealth-belongs-rich-getting-richer.html) and they just keep getting richer! Thus the accumulation power of money i.e., money makes more money while deliberately squinch the opportunity to have a better living of mass people as well as increase the probability of regional war and world war! As we are observing this regional wars in many countries nowadays, especially in the middle east.

So, if the distribution of the assets of earth could be ensured, we might have our second home already by this time on Planet Mars! Because, if every human doesn't need to struggle to ensure his minimum level of living so much as like present time, he or she could give more time to generate ideas as well as inventions.

But what could be the structure of that ruling system, which will ensure the equitable distribution of the assets while satisfying someone's capability against other's less skillness?

The manifesto of this new system or "Neo States" can be explained by the following points:

1. The Neo State will ensure anyone's individuality, leadership or entrepreneurship but will limit the accumulation of assets, while the state will take responsibility for such individuals in time in their off-spring!
Likewise, if they get sick volatile which might need a big amount of money to get rid off, the said Neo State will take care of that. As well these individuals will be honored for their achievements in time to time.

2. No assets of the earth should not be kept idle or unused except the assets needed for future generation.

3. The Neo State will also help or will take the responsibility to initiate or complete any type of project to strengthen anyone's skill or his/her unused assets mainly real estate and idle money that is left for the time being.
Actually, Neo State will ensure proper use of any unused assets and those will manifest the better living of its every citizen!

4. Distribution of assets will follow the equity rule. That is who is more capable, they will get or earn more but up to a State-directed limit!
This limit will be fixed by analyzing the total asset of the state, the total nos of the population and the least requirements of any individual as well the number of assets needed to ensure the future demand of upcoming generations at least for 10 years!

5. All the ruling systems of all countries on earth will be under a very powerful platform of Planet leaders, comprises of all state leaders as well as scholars. Actually, every Neo state should be run by a big team of scholars where they will be selected and elected primarily based on education and knowledge on respective subjects, secondarily on popularity. Self-learned peoples might compete to be a member to run the State also! It is nowadays obvious that a worthful of knowledge is required to run the state affairs, rather it faces so many difficulties in the life of its citizens, ignited from the poor decisions of so-called leaders of poor knowledge but elected from the biased popularity that might come from his/her muscles and money!
